If we have new hires we feel would benefit from using this program, they offer to give a several-hour training and an online session, and we will narrow it down to just what their job function is. Even if I said I wanted a refresher on something or needed help figuring something out, they are going to automatically give us an hour for a meeting and take the time to make sure we understand it.”

Claroty’s ability and the way they have worked with a variety of vendors to help bolster their algorithms is not something somebody can reproduce. I don't think it is possible. xDome has been a transformative product in a hospital environment, and I imagine that other large environments would have a similar observation. Their application has been noticeably streamlined as far as the UX is concerned. The amount of data is just incredible. It is really easy to export if we need any issues. They are extending or enhancing their risk algorithm, and we just get more and more information.
