Their research methodology consists of thousands of interviews across multiple research areas. Any investment from vendors does not influence the unbiased opinion of this report as it is all based on customer feedback. Every category leader truly earns their recognition. Such stringent evaluation makes it very special to be awarded this distinction for three years running.
While winning this award again is very exciting for us, the real heroes are our customers who took time throughout the year to provide KLAS with their honest and unique perspective on our healthcare IoT security platform. I want to take this opportunity to again thank our customers for their support. It is the ongoing feedback, partnership, and feature requests without which we would not deliver the type of value we strive to bring to healthcare. As I read over the customer input tied to the KLAS evaluation, I am continuously amazed by the dedication of healthcare security leaders in making sure their patients and patient data are protected as efficiently and thoroughly as possible.
One recent evaluation by a customer sums up exactly what we pursue with all of our customers: “They are not just a vendor; they are a partner who is aware of our needs and constantly striving to build new features that will help us run our business. The vendor listens to their customers and responds to customer requests to add features to the product road map all the time. The vendor's promises are not just vague promises. The vendor sees things and works to implement them quickly.” Bottom line, your feedback is encouraging, motivating and just makes us want to improve every day. Thank you!
All of this great customer feedback would not exist without two teams at Medigate that hold the process together, embodying a culture of “learning and listening” to make this continuous improvement possible. First, hats off to our incredible Customer Care team. They are the bridge between our customer’s needs and the continued evolution of our solutions. Without their obsessive approach to fielding each and every customer question, request and suggestion, we would not have been able to evolve our healthcare offering as effectively as we have. Equal praise goes to our product teams that respond so quickly, creatively and thoroughly in the constant evolution of our technical platforms.
Many of you may recall that Medigate was purchased by Claroty at the beginning of 2022. Such a big change could have impacted our ability to deliver continued outstanding service. Instead, we took this as an opportunity to strengthen our investments in the customer experience and as a result, our Best in KLAS evaluation score is the highest it has ever been!
Each year brings more exciting change, and we look forward to even more positive growth for our company and stronger cybersecurity for our customers.
